This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of BundleCreator.co services and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

  • Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates illegal activities
  • Material that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes Intellectual Property Rights:
  • Copyrighted material without proper authorisation
  • Trademarked content used without permission
  • Trade secrets or confidential information of third parties
  • Patents, designs, or other protected intellectual property
• Contains Harmful or Malicious Elements:
  • Viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malware
  • Code designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access
  • Phishing materials or deceptive content
  • Content designed to damage or interfere with systems
• Violates Privacy or Data Protection Laws:
  • Personal data processed without lawful basis
  • Sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards
  • Data that violates GDPR or other privacy regulations
  • Information obtained through unlawful means

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use BundleCreator.co to:

• Compromise Security or Integrity:
  • Attempt to access accounts or data without authorisation
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our systems
  • Breach or circumvent authentication or security measures
  • Interfere with service to any user, host, or network
  • Attempt to decrypt or reverse engineer any aspect of the service
• Misuse Resources:
  • Use excessive bandwidth or storage beyond fair use
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar activities
  • Run automated systems without explicit permission
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
  • Share accounts or credentials with unauthorised parties
• Engage in Harmful Behaviour:
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or organisation
  • Collect information about users without consent
  • Send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate Legal or Professional Requirements:
  • Use the service in violation of court rules or orders
  • Breach professional conduct rules or ethical obligations
  • Circumvent legal hold or preservation obligations
  • Destroy evidence or obstruct justice
  • Facilitate money laundering or financial crimes

3. Enforcement and Consequences

3.1 Monitoring: While we respect user privacy and implement comprehensive security measures, we reserve the right to:

• Monitor metadata and usage patterns for security purposes
• Investigate reported violations of this policy
• Scan for malware and security threats
• Review content when required by law or court order
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities

3.2 Consequences of Violation: If you violate this AUP, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a warning requiring immediate corrective action
• Temporarily suspend your access to the service
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Delete or disable access to prohibited content
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
• Pursue legal action for damages or injunctive relief
• Disclose your identity to injured third parties

3.3 No Obligation to Monitor: Our ability to take these actions does not create an obligation to monitor user content or activities. We may exercise these rights at any time, with or without notice.

4. Reporting Violations

4.1 User Responsibility: All users have a responsibility to report suspected violations of this policy. Legal professionals have additional ethical obligations to report certain misconduct.

• API calls should not exceed reasonable automation needs
• Concurrent users should match your subscription tier

6.2 Excessive Use: If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we may:

• Contact you to discuss upgrading your plan
• Implement temporary rate limiting
• Request reduction in resource consumption
• Apply additional charges for excessive use

7. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

8. Interpretation and Enforcement

8.1 Our Discretion: We have sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing this policy. Our decisions regarding violations and consequences are final.

8.2 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

8.3 Severability: If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
