Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 7-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends in Account → Billing and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between models?
Yes! You can use both subscription and pay-as-you-go. Subscribe for regular use, or just buy PAYG access for occasional bundles. Your bundles remain accessible either way.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments. You are billed once per year and can stop renewal at any time — your access continues until the end of your billing period. If you are buying as a consumer, you also have a 14-day right to cancel (see clause 11A of our Terms of Service).
How secure is my data?
BundleCreator uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit across all tiers, designed to protect your sensitive legal documents and support client confidentiality:
