Not a law firm; not legal advice

BundleCreator is a document preparation and bundling tool designed to help you organise court and tribunal papers to a professional standard. We are not a law firm, we do not employ solicitors or barristers to advise you, and nothing on this website, in our templates, or in our guidance is legal advice on the particular facts of your case. Using BundleCreator does not create a solicitor-client, barrister-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us, and we do not carry on any of the reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007.

Every case is different. Wherever you can, please get advice from a qualified legal professional — a solicitor, barrister, chartered legal executive, or other regulated adviser — before filing documents or attending a court or tribunal hearing. If cost is a barrier, free help is available, and we would much rather you used it than went in unsupported.

For full details, please read our Legal Disclaimer, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Free advice services

We know that for many of our users, instructing a private solicitor or barrister is not realistic. There is a network of free, expert advice available across England and Wales, and we would much rather you used it than went to court or tribunal unsupported.

For SEND families

BundleCreator helps SEND families organise tribunal evidence packs, but we are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice on your child's particular situation. For free, specialist advice on EHC needs assessments, EHC plans, and appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (SEND), please contact IPSEA (0300 456 8860), SOS!SEN (020 8538 3731), or your local SENDIASS service. Every local authority is required to provide one free of charge.

For litigants in person generally

Most people using BundleCreator are representing themselves because instructing a solicitor is out of reach. If you need someone to talk your case through with, free help is available from Citizens Advice, Civil Legal Advice on 0345 345 4345 (for those eligible for legal aid), LawWorks (free solicitor clinics), Advocate (the Bar pro bono charity) and your local Law Centre.

What BundleCreator does

BundleCreator is a document preparation and bundling tool. The product helps you organise the documents you want to rely on into a paginated, indexed, professionally formatted PDF that is built around the requirements of the practice direction or rules that govern your specific court or tribunal.

It does not, and cannot, give you legal advice on the substance of your case. It does not tell you whether you will win, what arguments to make, or how to interpret evidence. Those are questions for a qualified legal professional who knows the specific facts of your case.

For SEND tribunal appeals, the local authority prepares the formal bundle under Practice Direction No. 1 of 2025; BundleCreator helps you prepare the evidence pack you send to the LA. For other practice areas, the relevant practice direction or rules of court apply (we maintain a list at our compliance guide).

Reserved legal activities

Section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007 reserves certain legal activities to authorised persons (typically solicitors, barristers and chartered legal executives). These include the conduct of litigation, rights of audience, reserved instrument activities, probate activities, the administration of oaths, notarial activities and (where regulated) immigration advice. BundleCreator does not carry on any of these activities.

We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board, CILEx Regulation, or the Legal Ombudsman, and we do not hold ourselves out as a provider of legal services.
