Refer a Friend — Programme Terms

1. The offer
When you refer a friend to BundleCreator, your friend receives a 10% discount on their first payment. The discount applies once, to the first payment only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. There is no cash alternative.
2. No reward for the referrer
This programme benefits the referred friend only. As the person making the referral you receive no reward, credit, cash or other benefit of any kind. We mention this plainly so there is no misunderstanding.
3. How referrals are sent
We give you a personal link to share. You choose who to send it to and how — by message, by your own email, or however you prefer. BundleCreator does not email your friend on your behalf. Please only share your link with people who would be happy to hear from you.
4. Who can claim the discount
The discount is available to new customers only — that is, people who have not previously held a BundleCreator subscription. You cannot refer yourself, and each person may claim the referral discount once. The discount is applied automatically at the friend’s first checkout when they use a valid referral link.
5. Your data and your friend's data
To create your link we collect your first name and email address. If you ask us to prepare an email for you to send, we also use your friend’s first name and email address solely to draft that message in your own email client — we do not send it, and we do not add your friend to any marketing list. Steleo Publishing Limited is the data controller. We keep this information only as long as needed to operate and account for the programme, and you or your friend may ask us to remove it at any time. 6. Fair use
We may withhold or withdraw a discount, and disqualify participants, where we reasonably suspect abuse — including self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, automated or bulk submissions, or any attempt to circumvent these terms. Any decision under this clause is at our reasonable discretion.
7. Changes to the programme
We may amend or end this programme at any time. Changes will not affect a discount that has already been validly claimed.
8. Not legal advice
BundleCreator is a document preparation and bundling tool. Referring it to someone is not a recommendation about their legal position or strategy, and BundleCreator is not a substitute for legal advice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
