What This Video Covers

When you click Download, BundleCreator does more than save a copy. It assembles the bundle, applies pagination in the style your court requires, re-generates the index, runs OCR for searchability, compresses to fit court file-size limits, and applies optional security like password protection and watermarking. This animated walkthrough shows each of the five steps that produce a single court-ready PDF.

When you click Download, BundleCreator does not just save a copy of what is on screen. A lot happens in the seconds that follow. Understanding what — and why — helps you trust what comes out. First, BundleCreator assembles the bundle. Every section, every document, every page you have uploaded or drafted is collected in the order you have set.

Templates are flattened, uploads are inserted, and each document is stitched into a single PDF. Second, pagination is applied. Every page is numbered in the style your court or tribunal requires — continuous across the whole bundle, or section-restart — and the index is then regenerated from the final, paginated bundle, so page numbers in the index match exactly.

Third, scanned pages are run through OCR — optical character recognition — so they become searchable text. Many tribunals require this where the character of the document permits, and it lets the judge search your bundle by keyword at the hearing. Fourth, compression. Courts and tribunals often set strict e-bundle size limits. Some cap bundles at a few hundred pages in a single PDF; many upload portals cap individual files at fourteen megabytes.

BundleCreator compresses images and fonts while preserving legibility, so the bundle fits — without you having to split files or strip content. Fifth, optional security. You can password-protect your bundle if you are sharing it by email. You can add a draft watermark if the bundle is not yet final. Compliance notices are added to the cover page — the case name, the court, the hearing date, and confirmation of the format.

What comes out is a single, court-ready PDF. Searchable. Compressed. Correctly numbered. With a matching index. Properly named. Ready to upload to the court's digital system, to email to the other side, or to print if the court has asked for paper. One click. Five steps. One bundle the court can use.
